1st we move all furniture to the center of the room and cover with plastic.

2nd we cover floors. Carpet cover with drop clothes and hard floors are covered in paper.

3rd everything we are working on gets sanded then caulked and imperfections repaired.

4th all repairs get a coat of primer then resanded.

5th we apply 2 coats of paint or stain. Staining will get a 3rd finish coat.
